This calculator is a research tool — not a quote. Enter your facility's bed count and adjust any inputs to your situation, and it will estimate your annual disposable spending, the cost to transition to reusable JonesZylon dinnerware, and how long it takes for reusables to pay for themselves. Defaults are set to conservative industry averages; the closer your inputs are to your actual costs, the more useful the output.
Use the Copolymer / MaxFlex toggle to compare product lines:

"Annual Savings (Item Only)" = Annual Disposable Cost − Initial Reusables Cost. Yearly replacement cost is reflected in the Results section below.
Case quantities: Plates / Bowls / Tumblers / Mugs — 72 per case · Forks / Teaspoons — 432 per case · Sporks — 360 per case
A note on cleaning costs: This calculator does not factor in the cost of washing reusables. In our experience, the time and expense of running reusables through a dishwasher that's already in operation is offset by the labor involved in receiving, stocking, and disposing of disposables — including the often-overlooked cost of waste removal. We've left it out because, at worst, it's a wash.
