TOW PACKAGE
Full chassis all welded steel frame. Pin style hitch locks in the up position without hardware. Rated for 8,000lbs.
TUGGER
Motorized towing unit. 2,000-5,000lb capacity with up to 8 hours of operation on single charge.

BRAKE ASSEMBLY
The optional brake assembly is a continuous grip brake that immobilizes the cart when the lever is not engaged. This feature provides added safety for inclines.

Freeze cold plates and place in mounting brackets of ambient section of a cart to keep food chilled longer.
EXTERIOR SHELVING
Often used for beverage service, permanently mounted exterior shelves allow for maximum service versatility.
ERGO HANDLE
Hinged handle allows carts to be "pulled" at a safe distance from heels.
GRAPHIC WRAPS
Put your logo on your cart or designate your carts for specific areas by creating custom artwork for your cart.
MENU CARD HOLDER & DRY ERASE BOARD
Keep track of menus and other documents by adding a menu card holder to your cart to avoid losing or scattering important information.
Communication is key in any organization. Add a dry erase board to your cart allowing communication between staff changes and mealtimes.

Premium Multi-Terrain Caster
JonesZylon’s premium casters come standard on all our carts. This caster has superior cushioning to handle severe cracks. They’re quiet, easy to push, and more durable.
Carpet Caster
This is a flat tread caster, with a thin profile that improves maneuverability by minimizing the compression on carpet while keeping the noise down.
Premium Endurance Caster
JonesZylon’s most heavy-duty caster is designed for rugged use. Manufactured with a pressed steel core and a solid rubber tire, this caster is made to be pulled over solid, abrasive surfaces.
Zinc Plated Sealed Bearing Caster
This caster has zinc plating to protect it from long-term exposure to moisture. These casters also feature sealed bearings to keep debris from building up inside your caster.
Extreme Tread
These casters are made of durable material and are resistant to punctures. Unlike traditional pneumatic wheels, these won’t go flat.
